• This sand compacts well
• May have some pea gravel in the sand

Uses include:

•  Base for concrete driveways, walkways, pavers, pools, etc.
• Traction for sidewalks and roads, especially in icy conditions
•  Does not cause damage (like salt) to plants, concrete, or pavers
•  Can be used for fill especially where compaction is needed
